Chicken with Mushrooms Capsicum

Gather your family at dinner time and enjoy this home-made chicken dish.

Preparation Time: 15 minutes approximately
Cooking Time: 30 minutes approximately
Serves: 4 persons

All you need

1 chicken cut into 8 pcs. (cleaned and washed)
1/2 cup Extra virgin olive oil
1 onion finely chopped
1 clove garlic crushed
1/2 kg. tomatoes finely cut
3 pcs. capsicum / red, green, yellow/ cubed
1 tsp. al alali Oregano
1 tsp. al alali Ground White Pepper
2 cans al alali Mushrooms Pieces & Stems (drained)
1/4 cup al alali Tomato Paste
1 cube al alali Chicken Stock
1/4 cup fried pine seeds
Salt to taste
1/2 cup warm water

Chicken Spicing
1 tbsp. al alali Natural vinegar
1 tbsp. salt
1/4 cup Extra virgin olive oil
3 cloves garlic (crushed)
al alali Ground White Pepper
Lemon juice


  • Marinate chicken with salt, al alali White Pepper, lemon juice and al alali Natural Vinegar
  • Grill for 15 minutes at 180ºC or 350ºF
  • In a pot, heat olive oil. Fry onion and garlic on low fire
  • Add red, yellow and green capsicum and mix continuously for 7
    minutes until soft. Add tomatoes, al alali Tomato Paste, al alali
    Chicken Cube and water
  • When mixture starts to boil, add al alali White Pepper, al alali Oregano and cook for 5 minutes
  • Place chicken on the serving plate. Add the sauce on top
  • Garnish with al alali Oregano, parsley and fried pine seeds
  • Serve hot with rice and enjoy
