Chicken pakora / fritters is an amazing crispy chicken snack. Pakora’s can make with our own variations and taste. Here is an easy and delicious recipe for quick chicken pakora.



  • Cut the boneless chicken pieces in to tiny chunk pieces.
  • Mix it with 2 to 10 ingredients; mix well with your hands. 
  • Let it rest in fridge for at least 4 hours (or overnight). (then the chicken pieces get cooked easily and tenderly).
  • After that add besan flour, rice flour and maida.
  • Mix well again without adding any water (the chicken contains enough water to handle).
  • Now heat oil in a deep frying pan; when the oil is hot add small pits of batter.
  • Reduce the flame in to low and fry the pakora’s until nice golden in colour.
  • Add in to paper towels to absorb the excess oil.
  • Serve hot and enjoy the crispy fritters!!!!
