Custard biscuit pudding is an awesome mouth watering dessert.
It also tastes of coffee, chocolate and cream; which makes it really delicious.
The choice of garnishing is up to you. However the strawberry crystals makes it
really colorful.
Biscuit Pudding


  1. Milk-2cup+2tbsp
  2. biscuit-1pack (any plane biscuit)
  3. Coffee-1cup
  4. Custard powder-5tsp
  5. Condensed milk- ½ tin
  6. Vanilla essence-1/4tsp
  7. Butter-1tbsp
  8. Chocolate syrup-3tbsp
  9. Heavy cream-1cup
  10. Strawberry jelly crystals-to garnish
  11. Nuts sliced-to garnish


  • Boil 2 cups of milk in a pan.
  • Add condensed milk, vanilla essence, butter and chocolate syrup in to it.
  • Stir well to avoid any lumps.
  • When it starts boiling add custard paste (mixed with 2tbsp of milk) in to it; stir well.
  • When it gets thickened; switch off the flame.
  • Allow it in to cool. Mix well it with heavy cream.
  • Dip each biscuits one by one in the coffee and suddenly arrange it as a layer in the pudding dish.
  • Pour a part of cream mixture over it as another layer.
  • Put another layer of biscuits (after dipping in coffee) and cream; so on.
  • Make 4 or 5 layers in this way and at the top of cream layer decorate with sliced nuts and strawberry jell crystals.
  • Refrigerate it for at least 5hours.
  • Serve chilled.
